Responsibilities
• Monthly and yearly financial reporting to CFO and Senior Management.
• Develops accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational
objectives.
• Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements
• Reviewing the journal entries input by the staff
• Drafting the financial statements according to the international standards
• Monthly reporting to tax offices, bank of the Lao PDR, and other statutory reporting.
• Communicating to the banks in acquiring loans for financing activities. Preparation of projection and budget related to loan requirements.
• Manage and make all reports according to government and concern authority’s regulations/requirements
• Store accounting records and documents in accordance with the regulations of the company and relevant laws.
• Other assignment from management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related fields such as business administration and economics
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting and audit
• Familiar with leasing and financial services or banking both local and international financial audit firms
• Good knowledge of Lao Accounting System LDRS (Lao GAAP), understanding the international accounting standards (IFRS) (is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS office especially excel and computerize accounting software (ERP)
• Extensive knowledge of Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) transactions and stock exchange business in Lao PDR.
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage staff • self-motivated, responsible, work independently with team spirit
• Ability to communicate in English (Japanese speaking will be given consideration)
• Able to comply with company policies and procedures
• Able to travel to other provinces and overseas (if needed)

• Develop and use strategies to recruit good personnel to work and retain employees in the long term
• Check and monitor the trial period and employee performance evaluation
• Provide advice and information to managers and staff on personnel policies and provide assistance as needed

Skills and Education:

• Responsible for the development of new and existing digital
channels
• Help to propose digital campaigns and activations with an eye
to delivering brand value
• Responsible for digital channels and advertising tactics,
using a variety of marketing strategies such as native
advertising, digital media planning, Google advertising,
SEO, website editing, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing team, creative officer and
outsource marketing agency to develop proper marketing
collaterals on digital channels
• Identify, propose and support the implementation of full
and digital marketing tools and systems to support the
brand’s objectives
• Help develop and improve the digital marketing KPIs,
monitoring framework and data collections for reporting
purposes
